Jerry Shafer, CEO and Founder
Jerry’s involvement in the renewable energy field of more than 30 years brings depth of knowledge and passion for conservation to Affinity Solar Energy. Ever since his days in construction, building passive solar homes, Jerry has maintained strong connections with industry leaders and insight into current trends and products in this ever changing field.
Heather Shafer, Vice President and Operations Manager
Heather is the glue that holds all company departments together so they operate like a well-oiled machine. If you ever have any questions about your contract, your schedule, your invoice, call Heather. Her many years in office administration and attention to detail are a huge asset to the company.
Ken Wilson, Senior Field Project Manager
Ken brings our renewable energy projects from the design and engineering stage to reality in your home or business. His background in the construction industry of more than 25 years is an enormous asset to Affinity Solar Energy in the facilitation and implementation of our projects.
Henry Lankford, Senior Technical Supervisor
Henry works closely with Ken and makes the magic happen on our project sites. His sound communication skills with the installation technicians and his attention to detail are invaluable in completing our projects without a hitch.
Clifford Coakley, Sales Manager
Clifford is a Windsor native, and he brings a background in construction sales of more than 10 years to Affinity Solar Energy. His upbeat, energetic quality conveys his own passion for renewable energy to the sales staff, and he makes sure that the staff is thoroughly educated in the latest solar energy trends.
Laura Brown, Administrative Assistant
Laura is Heather’s right hand. With a degree in Business Administration, a wide-ranging background in administration and accounting, and a positive, upbeat approach to everything she does, Laura is a wonderful addition to our team.
